Michael Travis Hamm

Michael Travis Hamm Sr. went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2023. Michael passed away at the age of 74 at his residence in Schertz Texas where he lived for the past 45 years. He was born in San Antonio Texas on July 10, 1948 and married his sweetheart Shirley Ann Bailey on July 12, 1969. They had 3 children, Michael Travis Hamm Jr., (Isabel Hamm, wife), Candace Elaine Logan and Elizabeth Clara Baker. Michael supported his family through the years by working and retiring from Pepsi Cola and Ditch Witch. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved spending time at the Bexar Community Shooting Range. He is preceded by his parents Donald and Lola Hamm and survived by his wife and children along with 10 grandchildren,

The Visitation will be held at Schertz Funeral Home on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. The Graveside Service will be held at Hopewell Cemetery (1718 County Road 3117, Clarkesville, TX 75426) on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
