Ronald L. Freund, 72, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, April 26, 2022 with his wife of nearly 51 years by his side, hand in hand.

Ron loved the outdoors, gardening, family, travel, the Green Bay Packers & softball! He served in the USAF and worked civil service personnel, retiring from Randolph AFB where he worked since 1987.

He is preceded in death by his parents Paul and Pat Freund, his in-laws Cecil and Marilyn Matthews, and a brother Robert...

My Deepest condolences to the Family and friends. Such a great guy always a smile when he seen you. Honored to play ball with him on the same field all right and umpire some of his Games. He will truly be missed at the Ballfields by his Softball Brothers. Rest in peace my friendĀ
