Ralph Duggan, Jr.

Senior Chief Master Sergeant Ralph (Chuck) Ellis Duggan , Jr passed away in his home on July 31,2022. He was born on February 17, 1950 in Knoxville, Tennessee to Ralph Ellis Duggan Sr and Mary Cecil Burkhart Duggan. Chuck graduated from Park High School in California then he went to basic training at Amarillo Air Force Base in Texas in 1968. His first assignment was at Torrejon Air Force Base in Spain. His other assignments include Turkey, California, Williams AFB in Arizona where he met his wife Barbara of 40 years. His final assignment was at RAFB in San Antonio Tx where he retired in 1994. He was dedicated to the service of his country. After retiring he became a Credit Manager at Covington Credit for 10 yrs. He was a wonderful father, husband and lolipop. He enjoyed doing activities with his family and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother ,Mary Cecil Duggan. His father, Ralph Ellis Duggan Sr. His sisters Etta Louise McGill and Elizabeth Ann Hensley. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving wife Barbara Duggan along with his daughter Tina McKnight and his grandchildren Christina McKnight and Anthony Deleon. His sons Gene Duggan, Gary Duggan and Greg Duggan and more grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Judy Harrison and brother George Paul Duggan.

Services will be held at Fort Sam National Cemetery on  Tuesday, September 20,2022 at 1:15 PM Shelter #2.
