Noah Keith Potter of Schertz, TX went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, July 25, 2022 at the age of 86. Keith was born in Raymondville, TX on Feb. 13, 1936 to Elton and Eunice Potter who preceded him in death.
He was also preceded by his first Wife, Mary Lou Potter; his Brother, Thomas Potter; his Great Grandson, Connor White; and his Brother-In-Law, Richard Mayberry. He is survived by his Wife, Helen Blake Potter; his Sister, Loretha Eileen Mayberry; his Son, James (and Wife Pamela) Potter; his Daughters, Loretha (and Husband Alan) White and Lucretia (and Husband Butch) Lape. He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren.
Keith served 21 years in the US Air Force and 20 years with the United States Postal Service. Throughout his life Keith served at numerous Churches as Music Director and Deacon. He is currently a member of the First Baptist Church of San Antonio, TX.
Services will be held at Schertz Funeral Home in Schertz, TX on Monday, August 1, 2022. There will be viewing for the Family from 9:00-10:00 AM. Viewing for friends from 10:00-11:00 AM and Services will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment Services will be at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery at 10:15 AM on Thursday, August 18, 2022.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the First Baptist Church of San Antonio.
