Kaylin Santellano

November 7, 2015 — July 25, 2022

Kaylin had a love for her favorite colors, pink and purple.  In remembrance of Kaylin, the family asks that those in attendance wear something pink or purple.

Our beautiful daughter Kaylin Elizabeth Santellano died unexpectedly on July 25, 2022 at Hermann Memorial Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas. Kaylin was born to John and Lisa Santellano on November 11, 2015 at St. David’s Hospital in Austin, Texas. Kaylin was known as an outgoing, happy, loving, vivacious, caring, devout, social, friendly, silly, respectful, precious, beautiful, fearless, thoughtful and intelligent little girl.

Her favorite activity was spending time with her daddy as she very much enjoyed her daddy time. Kaylin also enjoyed road trips with her mom and dad to the beach, safaris, game places, aquariums, carnivals, Christmas lights and to see family and friends.

Kaylin was intelligent, funny and kind to anyone she came into contact with. She was an excellent student and had her sights on attending Texas A&M University and becoming a veterinarian, as she loved animals. When she wasn’t spending time with her daddy, Kaylin loved playing games on her tablet or playing stuffies with her mom and grandma. Kaylin was a devout Catholic who understood her faith at the tender age of two.

Kaylin is survived by her loving parents John and Lisa, her sisters Christena and AnnaMarie Santellano and her grandparents Larry and Judy Sauls. Kaylin is preceded in death by her grandpa John C. Santellano Sr.
