Louie touched the lives and hearts of many people over the years through his music, work, and general love of people and sharing life stories. While attending Holy Cross High School, he honed his craft as a talented bass player and went on to perform in concerts around the world, in recording studios across the country, and even performed on the popular weekly television show, American Bandstand hosted by Dick Clark. In September 2008, he received the Norwegian Gold Disc Award for his work with the Sir Douglas Quintet Band.
