Ian Harrison

Ian Michael Harrison was 16 and would have turned 17 on November 24th. He was born and raised in San Antonio and died here on September 6th of this year. Ian was a very athletic and talented young man who played many sports well and learned how to play the guitar at an early age. He always loved children and they loved him also.
Ian was born to his parents, Jim and Stacey Harrison. He grew up attending First Baptist Academy in Universal City and after the sixth grade, attended Kitty Hawk Junior High School and then Veterans Memorial High School.
Ian was preceded in death by his brother, Sean Harrison and grandparents, Jim Harrison and Irene Lavender.
Ian is survived by his parents, Jim and Stacey Harrison; sisters, Heather Jewett, Brittany Harrison, Emma Harrison; brother,
Doug Harrison, grandparents, Larry and Nancy Nichols; aunts, Shaney Nichols and Suzanna Harrison; uncles, Brady Harrison, Ray Staton; cousins, Dustin Proske, Eli Jewett, Ezra Jewett, Hannah Harrison and Hailey Harrison; as well as numerous other relatives in the Fargo area to include Great Aunt and Uncle Linda and Joe Wallace and many second cousins.
He loved his two dogs, Samson and Bailey.
Ian will be remembered in a service on Friday, September 11, 2020 at First Baptist Church Universal City at 5pm with viewing directly before, starting at 4:15pm.
A thank you goes out to the many people at First Baptist Church Universal City and Schertz Funeral Home that have done so much to prepare for this really rough time for the family, especially Pastor David Lindow.
