Elisabeth Yoder

Elisabeth Yoder, born on November 10, 1927, passed away on March 2, 2023 at the age of 95. She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Warren Yoder, her parents Pauline and Georg, and her granddaughter Grace Clark. Elisabeth is survived by her daughters Alice E. Yoder, Rose M Odvody (Gary); sons Warren Yoder Jr., Larry E. Yoder; brother Rudolf Steeb; close family friends Anita Packen and John Ayala; grandchildren Justin Smith, Eric Smith, Tammy Yoder, Ryan Yoder, Lindsay Yoder, Kyle Odvody, Allen Odvody, Jamie Plym; great-grandchildren Logan, Kevin, Landen, Greyson, Dallas, Alexis, Lane, Veda, Olsin; and great-great granddaughter Violet Jackson.
Elisabeth and her husband, Warren, lived in Schertz, Texas for over 40 years. They enjoyed watching their hummingbirds on the patio.
Elisabeth visited her homeland, Germany many times to visit her family and friends.
Elisabeth was a member of the Randolph Brooks Senior Bowling League. She loved watching Spurs basketball.
She loved to play games such as Uno, Yahtzee and Wii bowling.  Her favorite past time was working on her puzzles and playing bingo.
Honorary pallbearers are her grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great granddaughter, Stephen Packen, and John Ayala.
All services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to be made out to "The YMCA/Schertz Senior Center" or to a charity of your choice in her memory. 
Elisabeth was loved by many and will be missed very much.
