Voyce L. Halford, age 72 of Schertz, passed away January 23, 2008. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Douglas J. Halford; daughters, Teresa Singletary & husband, Larry, Schertz, Rebecca Coronado & husband, Rey, San Antonio and Susan Gipson & husband, Mike, Cibolo; sisters, Louise Seal & husband, Went, Houston and Bessie Mae Seeking, Mt. Pleasant, TX; grandchildren, Jennifer Coronado & Ray Coronado, Jr., Andrew Singletary, Laura Singletary & Jackie Singletary, Rachael Smithe & husband, Doug, Troy Gipson & wife, Lindsey and Mathew Gipson and great-grandchildren, Daniel Coronado, Lilyan Smithe & Sarah Smithe. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM (with the family receiving friends from 6 PM until 8 PM) on Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Schertz Funeral Home. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 28, 2008 at Everyday Christian Fellowship, 950 Main Street, Cibolo, Texas. www.everydayfamilies.net . She became a follower of Christ at a young age and followed Him with her whole heart. Voyce was a loving and devoted, wife, mother grandmother & great-grandmother. She was a dedicated teacher of Cosmetology for 21 years.
