Velia Ramos Barnes' Obituary
Velia R. Barnes of San Antonio, 84, passed away on September 27, 2026 at her home in Cibolo, Texas. A devoted mother, wife and servant of her Catholic faith, Velia is survived by her children, Veronica Tally, Stephen Barnes and Susette Barnes.
Services will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help on October 8th at 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, we ask a donation be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
