Thomas Joseph Fitzgerald, age 84, passed away in Schertz, Texas on April13, 2026. Tom was born on April 10th, 1942, in New Haven, Connecticut., the son of the late Joseph and Marjorie Fitzgerald. He lived in West Haven, Connecticut until he enlisted in the United States Air Force. He retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving 26 years to the San Antonio area of Texas where he remained until his death. Tom and Trini loved to travel, and Tom was an avid gardener.

Tom was predeceased by his loving wife Trinidad. He is survived by his brother Robert Fitzgerald of Rocky Hill, Connecticut., his sisters Kathy Hamlin (Chet) of Venice, Florida and Roseanne Fitzgerald of Venice, Florida and many nieces and nephews. Tom also leaves the kindest and most loving friends, one could ever hope for, Roy and Wanda Howell of Schertz, Texas.
