Sylvia Marie Beck of Schertz, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 22, 2008 at the age of 89 years. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Rubin of 62 years. Sylvia is survived by her son, Brian Beck and his wife Susan of Garden Ridge, grandchildren Brandon and Dustee Beck, sisters-in-law, Cleora Brotze of New Braunfels and Marilyn Machan of Florida, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends. A memorial service will be held in the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 beginning at 10:00 AM, with interment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
