Susan Elizabeth Wesch

Susan Elizabeth Wesch, “Susie” (61) passed peacefully on March 28, 2024 at home with her family by her side, after a  long battle with MS and cancer. She was born, July 25, 1962  in San Antonio, Texas to Frank and Lola Wesch and always stayed close to her roots.

In 1980 she graduated from Judson High School and started her career at South Texas Blood and Tissue where friendships became family and retired in 2013. Her smile lit up a room and her kindness and compassion was felt by everyone. This is what led to her nickname of Sweet Sue.

She enjoyed listening to music, fishing with her lifelong love Ed, and being with family and fur babies. Her most favorite times were being the best grandmother to her 5 grandsons.

Susie is preceded in death by her mother, Lola Wesch. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Edgar Anglin; son, Garrett Lansing, wife Katie and grandson Easton; daughter Samantha Stier, husband Joey  and grandsons Landon, Greyson, Weston and Colton; father Frank Wesch; siblings, Julie Valdes, Frankie Wesch and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held for Susie on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 2:00pm at Schertz Funeral Home.
