It is with profound sadness that we announce that Shauna Kerwin responded to the gentle and compassionate call from our Lord. Shauna surrendered to her devastating illness with courage and strength on August 10, 2026. Her intense love of life will be remembered by all who were fortunate to have known her. 

Shuana was born in Salt Lake City in 1949, married her husband Richard in 1979, and presented to the world their son Nicholas, in 1981.

She devoted her life to her family. They, and all who had the privilege of knowing her, saw her live with warmth, humor and with unquestionable and unconditional love. 

Shauna is survived by her husband, Richard, her son, Nicholas, and her sister Marilyn. Shauna was a true lady, a strong person who defended the underdog with dignity and grace. May she rest in peace. She will be greatly missed. 

Shauna was preceded in death by her sister Linda, her two brothers Byron and Larry, and her parents.
