Sharon Rose Strauch

Sharon Strauch, born June 20, 1954, passed away peacefully at the age of 71. She will be remembered for her devotion to family, warm spirit, and gentle presence.

Sharon married Tom Strauch Oct 6, 1973 at 19 and they shared a life built around family, friendship, and devotion to one another.

Sharon was proceeded in death by her parents Wilbert and Bessie Gloor. She is survived by her husband, Tom Strauch; daughters Tiffany Strauch, Becca Carpenter (Glen Carpenter), and Kimberly Garrett; her grandchildren David Hardin, Cheyenne Pruitt, Adrienne Bonitto, Seth Bonitto, Brooke Garrett, and Peyton Strauch. Sister Brenda (Jimmie) Lindsey and Brother Wilbert aka Bubba (Carol) Gloor, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sharon was known for her kindness, sense of humor, and the way she made family gatherings feel like home. She loved simple pleasures, time with her children and grandchildren, sharing meals, and creating lasting memories with those she loved.

A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 am May 19, 2026 at Schertz Funeral Home. Interment in Boerne Tx at the Zoeller Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests acts of kindness in Sharon’s memory or donations to Zoeller Cemetery, or choice of charity.

The family wishes to thank friends, neighbors, and caregivers for their support and compassion during this time. Sharon’s memory will live on through the love she gave and the family she raised.
