Sean Lewis Brathwaite Koon How

9Sean Brathwaite Koon How, age 61, quietly passed away on October 4th at his parents house in Schertz, Texas and he went to be with the lord after a long battle with cancer, surrounded by Family.

Sean was born on August 25,1964 to Shirley and Claude Koon How in Trinidad and Tobago. And he moved to New York 1975 and then moved to Texas 1979. After graduating from James Madison High School he worked at HEB, After 10 years he left HEB and worked at Computer Express with his friend Robert. After few years he returned to HEB. Sean’s married to Ratchel from the Philippines after a long distance relationship. They got married on September 28, 2019. Sean loves Basketball especially the Spurs and also, he enjoys Korean BBQ.

Beloved husband of Ratchel, Sean was the cherished brother to Dirk, He was also close to his cousin Stacy and his aunt Myrtle and his sister in-law Stacie. He was a proud godfather to Michael, and a fun-loving uncle to Kaden and Brendan and many nephews, and a dear friends to countless others.

A visitation for Sean will be held at Schertz Funeral Home on Saturday, October 18, 2025 starting at 9:00 AM, with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM. 

In memory of Sean, donations can be made to the cancer society.
