Sandra K Hullender - 83 of San Antonio Texas, passed away surrounded by her family on May 8th 2026. Born on June 27th, 1942 in Davenport Iowa. The first child of Guy and Janice Thurston. Married to John R. Hullender in August of 1962. She is survived by her husband Bob, sons/daugher-in-laws; Mike/Ruth Hullender of Pensacola, Fl. Greg/Chris Hullender of San Antonio, Tx. Three grandson: Jeremy Berlanga, Kevin Hullender, Christopher Hullender and only great grandson William Hullender, all of San Antonio Texas.

Sandys only brother Curt and wife Liz Thuston of New Mexico, also survived her. She was preceded in death by her parents Guy and Janice Thuston.

Services are scheduled for Friday, May 15th at 11am at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
