He is survived by Mother: Jessica Koicuba; Son: Eric Gawan (daughter Aeva); Son: Kyle Gaines; Sister: Pamela Cassaday (Barry); Sister: Brenda Holley; Brother: Michael Koicuba (Phenicia); numerous nieces and nephews', aunts and uncles and cousins.. He was preceded in death by Fathers: Anthony M Koicuba; Roy G. Holley, Sr.
