Rosemary Marion

August 17, 1947 — March 30, 2024

Schertz, Texas

Rosemary Marion, beloved mother, grandmother, and dear friend, peacefully entered the gates of heaven at the age of 76 on March 30th, 2024, in Shertz, Texas, while surrounded by her loved ones.

Rosemary, formerly known as Rosemary Hluhanich, was born on August 17th, 1947 to Veronica Hluhanich in Queens, New York, and is predeceased by her mother, Veronica Hluhanich, and her husband, Joseph Marion.

Rosemary survived by her five children, Craig Marion, Jamie Marion, Cindy Mathews, Nicole Jordan, and Danielle Marion, as well as her nine loving grandchildren.

Though Rosemary held various job titles throughout her life, her loved ones fondly recall that her most important role was being a loving mother and grandmother.

Rosemary was known to be incredibly brave, strong willed, honest, humorous, and loving, serving as a role model for her children and grandchildren, imparting upon them the essential principles for living a purposeful and meaningful life.

To say that Rosemary will be missed would be an understatement. She was, and is, an inspiration to those who were privileged enough to know her. The love that she shared and the love felt for her transcends mere words, though it was best said by her, as she fondly stated, “I will always have a part of your heart, and you will always have a part of mine. I will always be with you.” Though she may not be with us physically, she will always be in our hearts, tenderly guiding and safeguarding her loved ones.
