Rose Marie Wallace

Rose Marie Wallace, 65, of Garden Ridge, Texas, went to be with the Lord on September 03, 2025.

Rose Marie was born on May 08, 1960, to Russ and Marie DeNaro in Morristown, New Jersey. She grew up in Chatham, New Jersey, where she attended Chatham High School and was the captain of the Twirling team. Rose Marie received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and went on to work in Florida for HNTB doing Bridge Design and at Menzel Engineering. She married Michael John Wallace on March 16, 1985. Rose Marie enjoyed making jewelry and designing with her Cricut. She loved making candy and baking cookies at Christmas. 

Rose Marie is survived by her husband of 40 years, Michael Wallace; daughter Ellen Marie Wallace and son-in-law Jessie Jaime; sister Cindy Whitmore; aunt Margaret DeBiasse; siblings-in-law Linda Flood, Mark Stephens, and Patrick Wallace. She is proceeded in death by Joan Jones, Emmett Wallace, Ricky Wallace; her parents Russ DeNaro and Marie DeNaro; parents-in-laws Richard Wallace and Ann Wallace; grandparents Salvatore and Angelina DeNaro and Francesco and Concetta Delorenzo; aunts and uncles John DeNaro, Dorothy Delorenzo, Rose Delorenzo, Antoinette Delorenzo, Frances Delorenzo, and Angeline Delorenzo.

A funeral mass will be held for Rose Marie on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. She will later be interned at Saint Joseph's cemetery in Palm Beach, Florida.

In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made in Rose Marie Wallace's name to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.
