Roman Pfannstiel, age 84 of Cibolo, passed away on October 18, 2007. He was born to Arthur & Emilie Pfannstiel on June 8, 1923 in Marion, Texas. Roman is survived by his wife, Gladys (Haecker) Pfannstiel; son, Ray Joy Pfannstiel & wife, Pat; daughters, Janice LoPresti & husband, John, Karen Jacobsen & husband, Tom; sisters, Burnice Marbach and Lucille Ullrich; grandchildren, Allen, Kenneth, Joy, Sherrie, Michael and Justin and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, October 21, 2007 at Schertz Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 22, 2007 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Brett Becker officiating. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: St. Paul Evangelical Church, 108 S. Main St., Cibolo, TX 78108.
