Richard "Ricky" Kenneth Scott, born on November 13, 1957, passed away on March 3, 2018 at the age of 60. Ricky was a retired Security Guard and a 1975 graduate of Samuel Clemens High School. He was known for his impressive landscaping skills and being a devoted father and husband. Ricky is preceded in death by his father, Floyd Scott. He is survived by his wife, Betty Scott; children, Richard Scott, Jr. and Brittney Scott; grandchild, Marie Wolfe; mother, Nancy Scott and husband, Richard Pugh; brothers, James Scott and wife, Linda, Thomas Scott; sisters, Rebecca Palmer and husband, James.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 5:00PM-9:00PM at Schertz Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 10:00AM at Holy Cross Cemetery.
