Ricardo Romeo Chapa, Jr. (55) known to many as Richard passed away Saturday, July 7th in Stockdale, Texas . He was an entrepreneur who was never afraid to take risks and lived every moment to the fullest. Richard was an American patriot who was happiest while living on the ranch. He is preceded in death by his mother, Susie Chapa. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Yolanda A. Chapa, his father, Dr. Ricardo R. Chapa, Sr., his three children, Ricardo R. Chapa, III, Robert R. Chapa (Vanessa), Laura A. Rohm (Ryan) his two grandchildren, Liliana A. Zamora and Roberto R. Chapa, Jr., his four siblings, Mike Chapa, Veronica Beaudoin, Victoria Graner and Patricia Chapa. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Selma Texas. Interment will be on Friday, July 13, 2012 at 10:00am at Valley Memorial Garden Cemetery, McAllen, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church Men's Acts Retreat in memory of Richard Chapa, Jr.
