Paul A. Boyd, born on September 29, 1958, passed away at his home in Cibolo, Texas on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at the age of 54. Paul was a sign fabricator in San Antonio and surrounding areas for almost 30 years. He loved Harleys, NASCAR and hunting and lived life to the fullest. He will be missed by all. His parents, J.L. Bill Boyd and Vicki Boyd, and sister, Sherrie Welch, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife and lifelong companion, Joann Stokes; children, Kevin Ables, Kristy Collazo, and Jessica Cooper; grandkids, LCPL Dustin Cooper USMC, Kyle Ables, Cody Ables, Shyanne Collazo, Christian Collazo, Emily Martinez, and Julissa Pena; great-grandson, Levi Ables; brother, Steve Boyd; nephews, Seth, Josh, Jake, and Bela. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 3, 2012, at 1:30PM, at Schertz Funeral Home, with a Memorial Service to begin at 2:00PM. All services will conclude in the chapel.
