Colonel Norman E. Katz, born on July 4, 1930, in Philadelphia, PA, passed away on February 21, 2016, in Corpus Christi, TX at the age of 85. Norman attended La Salle College and served in the US Air Force for most of his career. He was married for 54 years to Marlene Tolchin, she passed away in December 3, 2015. He is survived by his two children and their spouses; Leigh and Andrew Sheinberg and Eric and Marisha Katz; his four grandchildren, Benjamin Sheinberg, Frances Sheinberg, Aly Katz and Chase Katz; and his brother, Robert Katz. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at 10:30 AM, at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
