MSGT Barbara Duggan

MSGT Barbara Duggan passed away at 70 years old in San Antonio, Texas on August 31, 2023. She was born in Mobile, Alabama on November 25, 1952.

She was married to SMSGT Ralph Duggan, Jr. for forty years. Barb served in the United States Airforce and her assignments in the Air Force included Langley AFB in VA, Williams AFB in AZ, Randolph AFB in Texas, and Osan AFB in Korea. Barb was a very giving and caring person with a beautiful heart. She left an impression on everyone she met.

Barb is survived by her only child, Tina McKnight, and grandchildren, Christine McKnight, Anthony De Leon, and Megan McKnight. She will be truly missed by all.

A Funeral Service with full military honors will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 11:15 AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
