Michele C. Garcia May 17, 1984 – December 26, 2025
Judge Michele C. Garcia, a dedicated public servant, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025, in Universal City, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. She was 41 years old.
Judge Garcia served as the Justice of the Peace for Precinct Four in Bexar County, where her life and career reflected integrity, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to her community. A proud 2002 graduate of Samuel Clemens High School and a 2007 graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University, Michele began her journey in public service as an intern with Precinct Four in 2006. Her dedication and hard work led her to serve the precinct for 18 years—first as a court clerk and ultimately as Justice of the Peace, a position to which she was elected in 2021.
Though her time as Justice of the Peace was brief, Judge Garcia left a profound and enduring impact. She approached her role with humility, serving selflessly without seeking recognition. Her passion for community involvement was evident in her participation in local events and parades, including the Juneteenth Parade, the Elmendorf Christmas Parade, the Floresville Peanut Festival Parade, and the Live Oak Veterans Parade.
Outside of her official duties, Michele cherished time with her family, enjoyed BBQ gatherings, and was an enthusiastic fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Her legacy is one of service, kindness, and unwavering dedication to the people of Precinct Four.
She is preceded in death by her father, Anthony Hernandez. She is survived by her grandparents, Domingo & Marcelina Garcia, mother, Brenda Hernandez, spouse, Yesena Santos, children, Zayden Garcia, Gavin Santos, Isaiah Mendez, Quianna Santos, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.
