Mary Zigmond

July 19, 1932 — October 16, 2007

Mary Magdalene Zigmond, age 75 of Schertz, passed away on October 16, 2007. She was born to Louis & Mary Jaksik on July 19, 1932 in Converse, Texas. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony P. Zigmond, Sr. and daughter, Deborah Neville; sister, Clara Marx and brothers, Michael Jaksik and Louis Jaksik. She is survived by sons, Jerome L. Zigmond & wife, Linda, Converse, Virgil A. Zigmond, Schertz, Anthony P. Zigmond, Jr. & wife, Rhonda, LaVernia; grandchildren, Jeremy, Alexandria, Jakob, Meghan, Briana, Madison and Justin. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM (with a Rosary being Recited at 7:30 PM by Monsignor Roger Robbins) on Thursday, October 18, 2007 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. A Mass will be Celebrated at 10:30 AM on Friday, October 19, 2007 at Annunciation of the BVM Catholic Church in St. Hedwig with Father Bill Zadora as the Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Annunciation of the BVM Catholic Cemetery.
