Mary G. Dean passed away at age 70 on Tuesday, October 27, 2009. She is survived by her husband, James, Cibolo, TX; daughter, Tammy Neve, San Antonio, TX; brothers, Joe Garcia, Kenedy, TX; Manuel Garcia, Jr., San Antonio, TX; Juan Garcia, San Marcos, TX; sisters, Minnie Anaya, Floresville, TX; Annie Angell, Floresville, TX; grandchildren, Andrew Ramos and Angel Ramos. Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Schertz Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 30, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at Cibolo Valley Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Loma Alta Cemetery, Kenedy, TX. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.
