Martha Griffin

September 5, 1930 — March 10, 2008

Martha Attovic Griffin, age 77, of Converse, passed away on March 10, 2008. Martha was born on September 5,1930 in Vienna,Austria where she lived through WWII. She married and had two children in Vienna, before traveling to America in 1954. Martha retired in 1993 and enjoyed gardening,traveling,and garage sales.She is survived by her sons, John Griffin of Universal City, and Harry Griffin & wife, Kay of Selma and grandchildren, Patrick of Houston & Karry of Dallas. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM (with visitation to be held from 12:00 PM until 1 PM) on Wednesday March 12, 2008 at the Holy Cross Mausoleum Chapel,San Antonio, Texas with Father Jimmy Drennan officiating. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum.
