Mario Torres

Mario A. Torres was 55 when he passed away on February 10th, 2023, surrounded by loved ones. Mario was born in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. He was a great student and athlete; he loved playing different sports and was good at everything. Mario was proud of his service to his country, having served 26yrs in the Army. His stout service and positive attitude were infectious to everyone he met. Mario was a mentor and friend to many, but most of all, he loved his family. Married to his high-school sweetheart Marangely for 32yrs, he is lived on by his two sons, Mario and Anthony, and his granddaughter Katarina. He enjoyed life to the fullest. He will be laid to rest on March 3rd at 2:30 pm at the Fort Sam Houston Cemetery.
