Maria Ninfa Alba passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at her daughter's residence at the age of 75. She was born in Edcouch, TX on February 26, 1945.

Ninfa loved to cook and had a passion for greenery. She loved her palm trees and rose bushes. Ninfa always loved taking care of others; her children, her family, her foster children, elderly patients, her neighbors and friends. Ninfa had the biggest heart in the world and she will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

Ninfa is preceded in death by her parents Esiquio and Eustolia Gonzalez; her sister, Irene Gonzalez and her son, Gary Leal. She is survived by her loving children, daughter, Linda Leal; son, Daniel Leal with wife Tammy; sisters, Gloria Riojas and Melissa Bonner with husband Eric; brother, Edward Gonzalez with wife Eloisa; grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 9, 2021 from 5 pm to 9 pm at Schertz Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday March 10, 2021 at 10 am at Schertz Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
