Louis W. Cullins, age 66, passed away at home on Saturday, August 13, 2011. He was born in San Antonio, Texas, to Romie B. Cullins and Mary E. Jackson. Louis is survived by his wife, Carole; son, Brian; brothers, Glenn and Sam and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside Services, with full military honors, will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Flowers may be sent to the Cullins residence.
