Detective Kenny Joe Randall, lovingly known as Bubba and Pop, went to be with the Lord on March 15, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 69. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas to George and Charlotte Randall. Kenny Graduated from Boswell High School of Ft. Worth, Texas in 1972. His life was marked by service and dedication; he served in the Army from 1972 to 1978 before joining the San Antonio Police Department in 1988, where he worked as a Detective for 28 years. Kenny had a passion for guns, horses, farming, and visiting pawn shops. He was known for his captivating storytelling and animated personality. Kenny was a man who was tough as they come and was molded through grit and hard work. He will be missed greatly by everyone who knew him. Kenny is survived by his beloved wife, Frances, children; Calvin Randall (Mandy), Shane Randall (Andy), Travis Randall (Jennifer), Rio Rodriguez (Amber) and James Caunder. Grandchildren; Grace, Rebecca, Rachel, Nyxen and Orion. Sisters; Margaret Mallonee, Linda Qualls, Bernadette Ward, Roberta Dickens, brother George Randall, and his dog Dottie. He was preceded in death by his parents George Randall Sr. (Popsie), Charlotte Randall (Nana), and sister Marlene George. A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm with the memorial service beginning at 4:00 pm. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
