June Hartman

August 8, 1925 — July 20, 2008

June Carolyn Hartman passed to her reward on July 20, 2008. She was 82. Born June Carolyn Tasker in Syracuse NY on August 8, 1925, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a seasoned traveler, and enjoyed her many years of traveling though-out Europe and North America. Active in her church, her greatest pleasure was doing for others. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Carlton Hartman, of Windcrest; her son, Stephen Hartman, of Waterloo, New York; and her brother, Richard Tasker, of Sun City West, Arizona. She leaves behind her grandson, Benjamin Hartman, and two great grand children, Zayna and Asher, of Hammondsport, New York. In addition, she also leaves behind her grandsons, Andrew Hartman and John Hartman, who live in New Jersey. A memorial service will be conducted at the Windcrest Methodist Church at eleven oclock on Thursday, July 24, 2008. In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of June may be sent to the Windcrest United Methodist Church Foundation Fund, 8101 Midcrown Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78239.
