Joseph Martinez

Joseph "Joe" David Martinez, born September 13, 1979 in Corpus Christi, TX, passed away on November 1, 2021 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 42. He preceded in death by his grandparents Joe Martinez and Rosa Martinez also David R. Gomez.
Joe is survived by his Father and Mother Alberto H. Martinez and Mary Ann Martinez, Sister Katherine Martinez and Brother Albert Martinez Jr. (AJ).

Joe graduated from Samuel Clemens Class of 98'. Joe worked for HEB for 22yrs started working there right out of high school and became a part of the HEB family. Joe was an avid Spurs fan, he never missed a game. Joe was a big sports fan you could always hear ESPN loudly on his TV. Also a big collector of sport memorabilia. Joe loved and adored his family and would do anything for them. He will be deeply be missed by his family and friends.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM, at the Schertz Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 11:00 AM, at Selma Cemetery No. 2.
