In life we come across individuals who break the mold, those who truly transcend what it means to be a great person. We search our lives looking for proof that magic and brilliance are tangible things we can reach out and touch. Some realize it sooner than others, but the real magic is in the connections we make with truly special individuals through life. Jacob Anthony Vincent, of San Antonio, Texas born December 14, 1992 to parents Jerry and Stela J. Vincent was one of those individuals in his 33 years of life. He was the foundation for friends and family alike. A pillar that kept everything and everyone up, weathering all storms and tribulations daring to stand in his way. We all shed a tear knowing that our world is a bit more empty with Jacob’s passing on August 3rd 2026 but we can smile confidently and laugh a little hardier knowing that Heaven just got a little rowdier.

Those who knew Jacob would undoubtedly agree he had a way to bring people together; he was the life of the party and could light up any room with his pure energy and radiance. Growing up, he moved through life like the sun itself, a brilliant light and a warm embrace you never wanted to separate from. That brilliance showed itself throughout his life in the form of his incredible ingenuity, intelligence, and athleticism. Jacob was a gifted skater, streaming enthusiast, accomplished tennis player taking several championships to his name and serving in the United States military becoming a US Army veteran.

Although life has a way of chipping away at us, Jacob never lost sight of the important things. He was compassionate, fiercely loving, undoubtedly loyal to all who had the luck to cross his path and most importantly, listening to his heart. He was the type of person who’d help any stranger, even if it meant giving up his last possession to ensure those who needed help would always received it. Undeniably however his greatest achievement and legacy was becoming a loving husband and father to his high school sweetheart and 3 children to whom his love never wavered even till his last breath on earth.

Jacob is survived by his loving wife, Leeza Vincent; his children Kailyn, Mason, and Nathan; his dad Jerry Vincent; mom Stela J. Vincent; siblings Basilia Turney, Natalie Casto, and Ashlynn Vincent; best friend Christian Castaño; his cat, Oliver, and dog, Qi'ra.
