Harvey Gulbransen

July 30, 1952 — March 10, 2020

Harvey Norman Gulbransen, 67 passed away on March 10th at home surround by his family in Seguin, TX. Harvey was born July 30, 1952, in Salt Lake City, Utah, he was the son of the late Mary and Norman Gulbransen. Fishing and hunting were his passion in his free time while owning and operating his own successful business Colorbug. Due to his extraordinary work ethic he was able to retire and leave his legacy, the company he built to a dear friend. Harvey was always willing to help a neighbor in need, or just sit around and shot the bull with them. He could be found at times tinkering in his boathouse thinking of the next Dad joke to make at the dinner table to make us all laugh. Harvey dearly loved his animals and they loved him. He was known to grill a mean steak, and when friends and family came over in the mornings, he would make an even better omelet. Harvey was survived by his dear wife Carri and his handsome dashing young sons Chad and Adam; his grandkids, Colten and Lael and Hailey and his all furry four legged flealess felines JR, Sprinkles and Mr. Kitty who will all miss him dearly.

A Celebration of life will take place privately on Saturday, 21 March at Schertz Funeral Home.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, services are being held with immediate family only.  Thank you for understanding.
