Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Grace Elizabeth Miesen, passed away at age 85 on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
James Ellis and Rose Jane Styk welcomed her to the family on October 24, 1937, in Lansing, North Carolina. She grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains along Little Horse Creek.

She will be remembered for her contagious smile, her laughter, and love. She was a cherished employee of Boysville in Converse, Texas, and had a gift for helping the children when they first arrived.
