Freddie Payne

Freddie Wilson Payne, born on January 19, 1949, in Lexington Virginia, passed away on March 15, 2021, in Marion, Texas, at the age of 72. Freddie served in the United States Army for 22 years as a tanker. On August 16, 1985, he married the love of his life, Debi. Freddie loved drag racing, hanging out with his family and friends, and he loved helping people and making people smile and laugh. He was always helping Veterans and their families. Freddie loved dogs, he rescued and fostered them for many years. He is survived by his wife, Debi Payne; two sons; In-laws, Bill and Donna Gannon; sister, Janet Lasky and husband Richard; numerous nieces and nephews, and many more friends and family. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any memorial donation can be made in Freddie’s name to the Ordinary Miracles Canine Rescue. The address is P.O.
