Frances Dozier, age 83 of Marion, Texas, passed away on May 27, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Pat Andrews and two brothers and two sisters. Frances is survived by her daughters, Sharon Short of Marion and Judy Fones of Cibolo; siblings, Alton & wife, Marilyn of Crawford, TX, Carol Jane & husband, Raymond of Valley Mills, Donald & wife, Penny of Seguin, Cliff & wife, Janet of Conroe and Larry Lippe of Argile, TX; 11 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Frances worked as a switchboard operator and as a manager of a hotel. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Gary Petty of United Church of God, San Antonio, as the officiant.
