Estela Villegas Ybarra, age 48, passed away surrounded by her loving family on November 2, 2007 in Cibolo, Texas. She is survived by her husband, SMSgt. Arturo Ybarra, Jr., U.S. Air Force of Cibolo; son, Arturo Ybarra III of Cibolo; daughter, Amanda Ybarra, also of Cibolo; her parents, Jesus & Josephine Villegas of Vidalia, Georgia; mother-in-law, Delia Pena of La Blanca, Texas; brothers, Jose, Jaime, Arturo & Javier Villegas; sister, Mary Nena Garcia and numerous nieces & nephews. She was a dedicated volunteer in each school that her children attended. Estela enjoyed arts & crafts, watching movies and she taught English in Hawaii. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at Schertz Funeral Home. Graveside Services & Interment will be held at 10:45 AM on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with Chaplain Janet Hunter officiating.
