Emma M. Martinez, born on April 28, 1941, passed away on August 26, 2021. She is preceded in death by her son, Roy N. Martinez; brothers, Ernesto Calsoncin, Emilio and Ernesto Nunez; sisters, Olga Duskas and Hope Jimenez. Emma is survived by her sons, Dennis and wife Linda, Daniel, and Rudy Martinez and wife Christie ; brothers, Steven, Gino, Elex, Elias, and Edward Nunez;6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters, Nancy and Olivia Cruz, and Elena Nava. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM, at the Schertz Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 11:30 AM, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
