Emile Luc Olivier - March 2,1938 to April 22, 2026
Devoted Husband, Dad and Grandpa
It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of peace that we announce the passing of Emile Luc Olivier, who entered eternal rest on April 22, 2026 at the age of 88.
A Life Rooted in Faith
A man of unwavering conviction, Emile's life was a testament to his Catholic faith; he found strength in the Rosary, solace in the Eucharist, and lived by the simple command to love one’s neighbor. His presence was a quiet, steady reminder of what it means to walk with God.
Reunited at Last
While Emile lived a full life, a piece of his heart has been in heaven since the passing of his beloved wife, Shirley, in 2020. Not a single day passed where he didn't mention her name, share a story of their 60 years of marriage, or look at her photograph with the same sparkle in his eyes he had decades ago. His family takes great comfort in knowing that after 5-1/2 years of longing, they are finally reunited in the presence of the Lord.
The Heart of the Family
To his children, he was the definition of loyalty. He taught us that "family" isn't just a word, but a lifelong commitment of service and presence.
The World’s Best Grandpa
Perhaps his favorite title of all was "Grandpa." He had a magical way of making each grandchild feel like the center of the universe. From supplying a bounty of candy, making each trip the best trip ever, playing puppets, and exploring nature, his legacy lives on in the laughter and character of the next generation.
