Eddie Lawrence Hamm, born August 9th, 1939, was a loving, caring, father and grandfather. He left us on December 15th, 2017. We had the pleasure of caring for him in our home these last 4 months, as he battled with COPD. He lived a full and wonderful life and was even able to meet his first great grandchild before departing. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family. We love you Pop.
