Dorothy Willene Schaefer, age 90, passed away January 19, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester; grandson, Mark Schaefer and son-in-law, Jack Nelson, Sr. Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Carol Nelson of Schertz; son, Ronald Schaefer & wife, Marilyn of Von Ormy; grandsons, Rick Schaefer of San Antonio and Jack Nelson of Cibolo and four great-grandchildren. Graveside Services & Interment, with Eastern Star Services, will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at San Jose Burial Park in San Antonio, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to any charity of choice.
