Cynthia Moffitt

Cindy Lorraine Patton Moffitt passed away peacefully at her home on January 4, 2022 in Schertz, Texas at the age of 62. Cindy was born March 28, 1959 in Hutchinson Kansas to parents Clifford and Patricia Patton.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father Clifford Patton.
Cindy is survived by her daughter Morgan Moffitt, mother Patricia Patton, brother Sheldon Patton and wife Mary, sister Sherri Albert and husband Kyle and brother Steve Patton. Nieces Ashley Butler and husband Chase, and Emiley de la Garza and husband Isaac. Great nephews and nieces Jack, Truett, and Elizabeth Butler and Isabella de la Garza. Many Aunts and Uncles, Cousins and her FAB 5 friends.

Cindy attended most of high school in Missouri City, Texas but moved to Sherman, Texas her senior year where she graduated. Cindy was married to Frank Moffitt in Garland, Texas on April 24, 1994.

Cindy was so proud of Morgan for pursuing her dreams of being involved with theater in New York. She loved being with family and found a very special place in her heart for her great nieces and nephews. Cindy loved music and spending time in the sun, she especially liked being at the beach. One of her last wishes was for the beach to be her final resting place. To honor her wishes and to know that she will be smiling in Heaven, her ashes will be spread at the beach this spring with her closest family and friends celebrating her life and legacy in the place that brought her the most joy.
