Obituary

Clifford was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, husband, father and grandfather who loved his family dearly. His children and grandchildren meant the world to him, and he cherished the time he spent with them.

After high school in 1965, Clifford enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. After suffering an injury and spending about a year recovering, he was honorably discharged. He then spent the rest of his working life in the automotive parts industry until his retirement.

Clifford had a strong personality and knew his own mind. He was loyal, caring, and generous to those he loved, welcoming them as family. He enjoyed spending time with others, sharing stories, hosting parties, and making people laugh. Though he could be stubborn at times, that was simply part of who he was.

Clifford loved traveling with his wife, Bambi, especially when their travels included a casino. His first love, however, was hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed bowling and spent many years in bowling leagues.

Clifford will be remembered for his love of family and friends, his sense of humor (sometimes), his strong personality, and the many memories he created. He will be deeply missed, always loved, and never forgotten.

We hope that Clifford and his best friend, Rick—his brother—are up there together enjoying endless fishing, sharing stories, and making memories just as they always did.

A special message from the oldest daughter, Teresa:

I will always be a daddy’s girl. I loved my father with everything I have.

One of my fondest memories is the first time he took me fishing. I told him I had a fish and he said, “You’re just hooked up on something on the bottom”. A few minutes later he turned around and saw that my pole was completely bent over. I was reeling away, trying to get the fish in. Dad jumped up and helped me, together we got it in the boat. It was a 3.5 lb bass. He thought I had nothing, LOL.

I will cherish those moments and every other memory we have made spending time together. Dad he will always be and I will miss him dearly. Until we see each other again.

I Love You, Daddy

Your daughter I will always be,

RIP Daddy- Catch all those fish...

Teresa
