Charles Scheffler, Sr.

Charles C. Scheffler, Sr., age 96, passed away on August 1, 2020 at his home in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on May 2, 1924 in Weser, Texas (Goliad County) to Herman P. and Tena B. Scheffler. Charles was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He worked at Pearl Brewery for 47 years.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Julia Scheffler. He is survived by sons: Charles Jr. & wife Mary, Larry & wife Alicia (children: Dalilia Condon and Lori Dees with daughter Michaella Roach), and Harvey & wife Becky (children: Brian, Robin, Jason and Derek), David, and Alan; daughters: Sherry Bigrigg (daughter: Chelsye with sons Charles O'Campo and Phoenix O'Campo) and Judy Scheffler;
Private Graveside Services will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
