Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos Gonzalez, age 54, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at Northeast Methodist Hospital in Live Oak. He was born on October 9, 1967 at Laughlin Air Force Base, in Del Rio, Texas, to Adan C. and Maria L. (Martinez) Gonzalez. He was a 1986 graduate of Samuel Clemons High School. An Army Veteran of Desert Storm serving from 1989 to 1996. He retired from the Post Office and once retired, he lived a life of luxury and enjoyed his retired life at home.

He is survived by his brother Adan Danny Gonzalez, sister Adriana Lamberth, Brother in-law Franklin Lamberth, Jr., nephews Franklin Lamberth III, Joshua Lamberth, niece Lacey Lamberth, and many grand-nieces and grand-nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Family, friends, and others whose lives’ Carlos touched are invited to Schertz Funeral Home 2217 FM 3009, Schertz Texas 78154, from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 to reminisce, grieve, support each other, and of course, just chat.

The Committal Service will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 1:15PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery - Shelter 2
